Ophthalmologists at The Eye Clinic of Texas named to the Best Doctors in America^® list

League City, Texas - Three ophthalmologists with The Eye Clinic of Texas – Dr. Bernard Milstein, Dr. Allan Fradkin and Dr. Robert B. Wilkins – were selected by their peers to be included in the Best Doctors in America^® 2005-2006 database, putting them in the top 3 percent to 5 percent of specialists in the country. This marks the ninth consecutive year Milstein and Fradkin have achieved this honor. Wilkins has earned inclusion in the database since its inception. All three are certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and are very active in their field.

Milstein and Fradkin are Clinical Professors of Ophthalmology at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where they and Wilkins received their medical degrees. Milstein, The Eye Clinic of Texas founder, also acts as Director of the Ophthalmic Laser Center in League City. Wilkins has served as president of Houston Eye Associates for nine years. He has also lectured and taught in most major medical centers in the United States, including Harvard University, the University of California at Los Angeles, Emory University and Mayo Clinic.
