For the seventh year in a row, Texas Monthly has named Galveston County’s Dr. Bernard Milstein as a Super Doctor in ophthalmology. The list of Super Doctors, which appears in the December issue of the magazine, is compiled each year based on peer reviews.  More than 50,000 Texas physicians nominate doctors in some 20 specialty areas, answering the question, “To whom would you refer a loved one or one of your patients for medical diagnosis and/or treatment?”
