Dr. Allan H. Fradkin was recently announced by the Houston Chronicle as a runner-up in the Mac ‘n’ Cheese Throwdown Contest in the Luxury Division of recipes. Over 100 participants vied for the best confection of the traditional macaroni and cheese recipe. He submitted two variations—Uptown M & C and Mac ‘n’ Cheese Hatch, but the former won the prize.
