About Your First Visit
We strive to provide you and your family with the best possible patient experience. Please arrive to the office a few minutes early so that our staff can meet you and properly gather all necessary information. In advance, you may print out and complete the patient information form.
About Insurance
The Eye Clinic of Texas participates with most major insurance companies. However, it is very important that you understand your specific insurance policy and adhere to any requirements such as obtaining a referral prior to your appointment. Cancellations
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we would ask for 24 hours notice.
Emergency Care
During business hours, patients should call any of our office locations to speak with a staff member. After business hours, please note, any patient with a medical emergency is advised to go to the nearest hospital to receive emergency medical care.
